The rental of accommodation is concluded for a fixed period, which cannot be extended without our prior agreement.
The number of people occupying the accommodation will be specified when requesting a reservation. Any additional undeclared traveler may be refused or result in the application of additional fees.
The maximum accommodation capacity is set at:
- 8 people for the Chillout time villa
The availability of the rental is to be confirmed by Domaine de la Playe, and the reservation becomes effective after receipt of the deposit (30% of the total rental amount), a copy of the signed contract and a photocopy of your valid identity card/passport.
We would like to point out that it is not permitted to sublet or transfer your reservation without prior agreement from Domaine de laPlaye, at the risk of leading to immediate termination of the rental.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
The rental price is inclusive of all charges (water, electricity, heating, wifi, provision of household linen), excluding tourist tax and excluding cleaning costs for the villas.
The tourist tax and cleaning costs will be invoiced upon arrival at the accommodation, with the rental balance.
The tourist tax is due per person per night, and its amount varies depending on the number of people and accommodation.
Cleaning fees are mandatory and amount per stay to:
No dispute regarding the price of the stay can be taken into account after booking.
Whatever the method of reservation, we inform you, in accordance with article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, that you do not benefit from any withdrawal period.
We welcome you between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Luggage drop-off is possible from 12 p.m.
In the event of late or delayed arrival, we thank you for informing us in advance by telephone.
Departures are scheduled no later than 9 a.m.
Minimum stays for accommodations are as follows:
- Studio Les Olivades: 1 night minimum except in high season (from 06/07 to 24/08/24) when the minimum stay is 7 nights.
- T2 Douceur provençale: 1 night minimum except in high season (from 06/07 to 24/08/24) when the minimum stay is 7 nights.
- Chillout Lounge and Time To Relax Villas: 2 nights minimum except in high season (from 29/06 to 31/08/24) when the minimum stay is 7 nights.
We hope that your stay will be a real celebration, but to guarantee respect for the neighborhood, we ask you to respect the calm between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Noisy parties and gatherings are also prohibited.
We would like to point out that for the well-being of everyone, smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation, even with open windows (ashtrays are available outside). If it is necessary to remove tobacco odors after your departure, we may have to withhold part of your security deposit.
We love welcoming families to our rentals, and we want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable stay. To do this, we remind parents that their children are their responsibility for the entire duration of their stay with us.
We provide you with clean and tidy accommodation so that you can fully enjoy your stay. Even if a cleaning package is planned, we thank you for respecting the cleanliness of the premises on a daily basis.
You can freely use the equipment made available to you, except for items contained in locked private storage spaces.
If you accidentally break something in the home, don't worry, it can happen to anyone! It is simply important to inform us quickly. Likewise, in the event of an equipment breakdown, do not hesitate to contact us immediately. We are here to help you and ensure your comfort during your stay.
When you are away, make sure to close the doors and windows. Remember that you are responsible in the event of theft or damage.
Our accommodations are equipped with septic tanks. Please refrain from disposing of objects that could clog the sinks, showers and toilets. Otherwise, we may have to retain part of your security deposit.
For the respect of all and to prevent the risk of allergies, pets are not accepted in the Chillout Lounge and Time to relax villas as well as in the Les Olivades studio.
They are, however, welcome in the T2 Douceur provençale, which has a suitable outdoor space. In this case, an additional cost of €50 per stay and per animal will be applied.
We are counting on your support so that hygiene rules are respected, in particular by prohibiting them from accessing beds or the sofa. If exceptional cleaning is required, we may be required to withhold part of your security deposit.
Upon arrival and for stays of 3 nights or more, a security deposit will be required by check or bank transfer.
This security deposit amounts to:
In the event of non-payment, entry to the premises will not be accepted.
The security deposit will be returned within 7 days of the end of the rental if no damage is noted within 24 hours of your departure.
In the event of damage, corresponding deductions will be made from the security deposit to cover the necessary repair or replacement costs.
We would like to assure you that all our accommodation is equipped to provide optimal comfort. All facilities are in perfect working order. We remind you that any complaint relating to the inventory of fixtures must be made within 24 hours after your entry into the accommodation, and that no replacement of objects other than identical ones will be accepted, in order to guarantee the quality of stay of future tenants.
Cancellation by tenant
If the reservation is canceled up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit paid at the time of reservation will be fully refunded. On the other hand, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the planned date of entry into the premises, the sums will be retained.
For high season periods, notably the months of July and August, cancellation deadlines are extended to 60 days before arrival.
If the stay is shortened, or if you do not show up within 24 hours of your expected arrival date, no refund will be made and Domaine de la Playe will be able to redeploy the accommodation.
We offer you the possibility of modifying your reservation without additional costs, provided that the desired accommodation is available on the desired dates and that the price remains unchanged. However, in the event of changes made to the reservation, the deposit initially paid will be adjusted accordingly.
Cancellation by owner
Our accommodation is also available for rent on other platforms. However, all reservations are managed exclusively by Domaine de la Playe. Consequently, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation made within 48 hours of confirmation, with full refund of the deposit paid or proposal of alternative dates, without any compensation being granted.
In accordance with article 1590 of the Civil Code, if we are forced to cancel the reservation 48 hours after its confirmation, we undertake to return double the deposit that has been paid. In the event of force majeure, Domaine de la Playe will be exempt from this reimbursement obligation.
